In 2026, managing psychosocial hazards is no longer a ‘nice-to-have’ HR initiative - it is a core pillar of operational excellence, WHS legislative requirement and board-level accountability.
But as the regulations tighten, a critical question remains:
Are you merely ticking boxes, or are you building a culture that thrives?
The 2026 Psychosocial Safety Summit, Workshop and Awards is the premier three-part experience designed to bridge the gap between legislative duty and high-performance leadership. Whether you are a leader, HR Director or a WHS professional, this is your opportunity to step away from the noise and gain the strategic clarity required to lead in a complex regulatory environment
